The Jacuate Open Ear Earbuds receive mostly positive feedback for comfort, secure fit, and value for money. Many users find them lightweight and easy to forget they are wearing, with good battery life and clear audio for calls and music. However, a few long-term users report issues with battery degradation, charging case display failure, and touch controls that are prone to false taps.
