Lenovo Legion Pro 16" Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 Eclipse Black 2025
Microsoft Surface Laptop 13.8" 7 Platinum 2026
Buy the Legion if you're a gamer, CAD designer, or anyone running local AI models who needs desktop-class performance in a laptop.
Buy the Surface Laptop 7 if you want a thin, light, quiet machine for web browsing, Office work, and all-day battery life without a charger in your bag.
Belangrijke verschillen
- The Legion's RTX 5090 scores 28,246 on GPU benchmarks vs the Surface's integrated Adreno at 59. That's not a gap, that's a different universe.
- You get 64GB RAM and 2TB NVMe storage on the Legion vs 16GB and 1TB on the Surface. For AI work or heavy multitasking, the Surface will choke.
- The Surface runs on a Snapdragon X Elite ARM chip, which means some x86 apps still need emulation. The Legion's Core Ultra 9 275HX runs everything natively.
- Portability flips the script: the Surface scores 78 on compactness vs the Legion's 55. The Legion is a chunky boy with a big power brick.
- Customer sentiment backs this up too. Legion owners rave about gaming and CAD performance with a 4.9/5 rating, while Surface owners are more lukewarm at 4.1/5.
