HP Stream
Lenovo Legion Pro 16" Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 Eclipse Black 2025
Buy the HP Stream if you need a cheap, lightweight laptop for basic schoolwork, web browsing, and streaming, and you're okay with serious performance limits.
Buy the Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 if you're a gamer, CAD designer, or developer who needs desktop-class power in a laptop and has the budget for it.
Belangrijke verschillen
- CPU performance is not even close: the Legion's Core Ultra 9 275HX scores 55,815 in multi-core benchmarks vs the Stream's Intel N150 at 5,386, a 10.4x gap.
- GPU is a 24.2x difference: the Legion packs an RTX 5090 with a 28,246 benchmark score, while the Stream's integrated Intel Graphics manages just 1,169, making gaming on the Stream essentially a slideshow.
- RAM and storage tell the real story: 64GB DDR5 and a 2TB NVMe SSD on the Legion vs 4GB DDR4 and 128GB eMMC on the Stream. The Stream will choke on a handful of browser tabs, while the Legion barely notices.
- Real-world feedback backs this up: Legion owners rave about gaming and CAD performance, while Stream owners consistently complain about lag, freezing, and slow performance with multiple tabs open.
- Price gap is massive: the Legion runs around $3,000+, while the Stream is typically under $300. You're paying 10x more for roughly 10x the performance, which is actually a fair trade if you need the power.
