ASUS TUF 15.6" A15 Gray 2020
HP OMEN Transcend 14" 14-fb1023dx Shadow Black 2025
The ASUS TUF A15 makes sense only if you're on a tight budget and need a basic gaming laptop for older titles or light everyday tasks.
Grab the HP OMEN Transcend 14 if you want a premium gaming and creator laptop with a gorgeous 3K OLED display, 32GB of RAM, and serious CPU muscle for heavy workloads.
Diferencias clave
- The HP's Intel Core Ultra 9 285H scores 34,200 in multi-core benchmarks versus 17,876 for the ASUS's Ryzen 7 4800H, so the OMEN handles rendering, compiling, and multitasking way faster.
- The RTX 5070 in the HP doubles the RTX 2060's GPU benchmark score (28,703 vs 14,091), meaning modern games at high settings are actually playable on the OMEN.
- You get 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 1TB SSD in the HP versus just 8GB of DDR4 and 512GB in the ASUS, which is a massive gap for anything beyond basic use.
- The HP's 3K OLED display is a huge real-world upgrade over the ASUS's standard panel, and owners consistently praise the OMEN's premium all-metal build and excellent cooling.
- The ASUS TUF A15 does have one edge: its NVMe SSD is technically faster than the HP's standard SSD, but that's a small consolation when everything else is so lopsided.
