Overall, customers find this product to be an excellent value pack that includes a tablet, keyboard, mouse, stylus, and case for a very low price. It works great for kids and older users for basic tasks like browsing, streaming, and light gaming, though some apps run slowly. A notable con reported by multiple buyers is that the included case can damage the tablet by separating the screen from the body.
