What Buyers Say

The Surface Pro 11 receives mixed reviews. Many users praise its performance, display, and battery life, especially in the refurbished models, but a significant number report serious issues like blue screens, compatibility problems with ARM/Snapdragon processors, and occasional glitches. The device is seen as a great value when it works, but reliability concerns and the lack of included keyboard/pen are common complaints.

The iPad Pro II (12.9") is generally well-received as a refurbished product, with many users praising its near-new condition, large screen, and value for music sheets and note-taking. However, several verified buyers report recurring touchscreen unresponsiveness and battery issues, including one unit that only charged to 67% and another with a failing screen after five months.
