What Buyers Say
Meike 35095 m43 35mm
79 out of 100 medium confidence 18 reviews
The Meike 35mm f/0.95 lens receives overwhelmingly positive feedback for its exceptional low-light capability, solid all-metal build, and dreamy bokeh, with many users praising its value for money compared to premium fast glass. However, a few issues are noted: the completely manual focus can be tricky and slows down shooting, some users find focusing wide-open challenging, and there are isolated complaints about a stiff mount and a camera compatibility error.
Pros
- Fast f/0.95 aperture for low light
- Solid all-metal build quality
- Dreamy bokeh and character
- Compact and lightweight for speed
- Smooth focus and aperture rings
Cons
- Completely manual focus slows shooting
- Challenging to focus accurately wide open
- Softness at maximum aperture
- Stiff lens mount on some copies
- No electronic communication or EXIF data
