The CCA CRA IEMs are widely praised for their excellent sound quality and value for money, especially for bass-heavy genres like EDM. However, several users report durability issues, with the left channel failing or the cable connection wearing out within a month. Customer service is responsive, replacing defective units, but the reliability concerns temper overall enthusiasm.

- Comfortable for long sessions
- Good for EDM and gaming
- Responsive customer service
Cons
- Left channel fails within a month
