While users praise its powerful performance, compact size, and tool-less design, there is significant confusion and disappointment regarding the tall chassis's lack of support for 2.5-inch drives, which many expected based on product descriptions. Verified reviews highlight excellent speed and ease of assembly, but the misleading marketing and missing features like a memory card reader and audio output detract from the overall experience.
